Harau Valley, West Sumatera

To complete collections of the Butterfly Garden, I hunt butterflies up to Area of Harau in West Sumaera. According to what I heard there are many species of beautiful butterflies at the venue. However, the core of this post, not the butterfly that I will write but the beauty of the scenery in the valley Harau. A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to visit Harau Valley located in "Aka Berayun" Area a  District in West Sumatra.

Passing from Sawahlunto throung Batusangkar whose traffic is not too crowded also be cool because along the way are often found rice fields and shady trees.  

Because even if has not been to the Valley Harau, I asked to many people to get the destination. From Payakumbuh city, it takes only about 30 minutes with a relatively straight road conditions, not a lot of corners. If passed, the straight road leads to the city of Pekanbaru, Riau Province.

Before entering Harau Valley area, visible from a distance has high cliffs and steep towering over the lush forests form the awesome scenery. More beautiful scenery to be found once in the Aka Barayun; where the waterfall flowing from the top of one of the steep cliffs. In fact, we can take a dip in a pool that is deliberately created under the waterfall (I so imagine then compare, could probably not less beautiful Harau Valley of Yosemite National Park, California that I often see in the pictures). Next to the waterfall we will steps to the top of the cliff which allows to look around Harau Valley.

Harau Valley attraction is very natural, the atmosphere was quiet and away from the hustle bustle .. and also there are  various types of wide-winged butterfly that looks beautiful fly around, the sound of voices audible animals of the forest around make the tourist destination is one of a choice if we want to eliminate boredom of daily routine
